Specification of S.S. submersible pumps, motor and spares
1. S.S. Submersible Pumps
Size : 4”dia
Rated Head : 200 m @ 3 m3/hr (or as per your quoted pump)
Minimum Head : 150 m @ 3 m3/hr (or as per your quoted pump)
Delivery of pump : 1½” preferably
Material
Impellers, Shaft, Diffusers and Casing : Stainless Steel 304
Pump should be provided with S.S. Non return Valve
Note: i) Pumping solution have pH 6-9
ii) Maximum 0.005% medium to fine sand particles in pumping solution.
2. Submersible Motor of Size 4” dia, 4 HP (3kw) with electric tail cable
and joint kit. Submersible motors should be rewind-able and compatible
to submersible as specified in Sr.No.1
Voltage : 380-420, 3-phase, 50Hz, 2850-2900 rpm, oil cooled
Insulating Class F,
Note : Mechanical Seals used in motor should be able to withstand for high sand contents (0.05%)
3. Spare Electric flat tail/drop cable with joint kit
Size : 3.5mm2
Rubber or equivalent material sheathed/PVC 3-core
Length 3.0 meter. Flat and flexible compatible to motor at Sr.No.2
4. Spare Mechanical Seals
